We have started trying to go on a family holiday each year, even if its only for a few days, we always choose Haven holiday parks as they are great value for money and there's always so much to do and keep everyone entertained! So far we've been to Devon Cliffs twice and Doniford Bay once both of which are absolutely brilliant! The kids love it there, even our parents enjoy it, there's something for all ages and we love it! Have just been looking through the Haven site now looking at where to go this year, i'm sure wherever we go it'll be as good as it always is!

We went to haven caisters park at easter last year and my 4yr old still asks weekly when are we going back to haven.
It is ideal for kids and there are so many activities arranged day and night for them to do.
As usual the british weather left a lot to be desired but because there was so much on camp to do we never left the sight.

We love going to haven. Our daughter is coming up to 4 and is always asking when are we going to see the tiger, bear and elephant by the seaside. Last year we went to Haven in Caister and loved every minute of it. If you don't want to use the car there is a great bus service on the main road outside of the park with regular busses to Great Yarmouth. We had a 4 night break in a chalet, which we found to be better than a caravan. Really looking forward to going again this year money permitting.

We had our first holiday at Haven Caister 4 years ago and now its the kids answer to "Where shall we go on holiday this year?"!! Theres something for everyone and is fantastic fun without having to spend a absolute fortune, and theres always a friendly face around to help. Brilliant!!! Off to Haven in August!!

HI!! Had our first ever Haven holiday last june. Had spent 15 years working for an airline and this was the first holiday i had had like this and wasnt sure what to expect. It was fantastic best holiday i have had since having my children as they were so happy. Kids were aged 9,7, 2 and 1 and all had a fantastic time. There was always so much for them to do. My son had his birthday while we were there and staff made such a fuss of him. We booked again before we letf. Cant wait to go back.

I have stayed at a variety of Haven sites across the country and I have found that you can almost always guarentee a fun filled family break. The most recent site we stayed on was Quay West in New Quay, Wales which is set in fantastic surroundings, only a short walk from a glorious beach. As I have found with all Haven holidays, the entertainment is at times cheesey, but always enjoyable and professional and geared towards entertaining all ages. I have 3 and 13 year old daughters and we found that we were always able to find suitable activities to amuse and entertain us all. The parks are always clean and well presented and things are within easy walking distance of the caravan.

We went as a single parent family to Haven Weymouth Bay and were extremely disappointed. the holiday was spoiled by the dirty kitchen and bins and toilet. One of the staff for the wake and shake did nothing but leave a box of equipment and the music on whilst he went to get a coffee to resolve his hang over - according to him. Some of the so-called under 5's activities just consisted of our children having to sit on a dirty stage floor colouring in. There were other holiday makers who also spoiled our time and all the faults with the accomodation were not fixed throughout our stay - so we had no DVD or TV in the evenings with my youngsters. when the company asked us to respond to our feedback they then said there was not a lot they could do because i took too long to reply (even though i explained me and my children were ill during that period). Also in their letter they never said there was a time limit. I said it cost too much and was spoilt and they basically replied with a 'hard luck'. if you do go and your holiday is spoiled make a note of staff names, times and places and details and then write it all down and send it to head office FIRST - skip the local manager - the head office will involve her when they get your letter. I doubt you will get any compensation. Having been to Butlins and Haven I would definately say Butlins is 100 times better; they let your kids stay at clubs whilst you are free to go and do things Butlins have much much more on offer fof your money.

Have been to Haven on numerous occaissions for short breaks and full week holidays. Recently been to Hafan y Mor in Wales. Lovely site with loads of things to do for the kids. entertainment kept them occupied for us to have a relaxing drink. It is set in an area of outstanding beauty with loads of places to visit within easy reach. Have also had a short break at Reighton Sands. This is a smaller site but still had plenty to entertain the kids. The weather was beautiful and we spent alot of the weekend visiting the nearby beaches of Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough. Whitby is well worth a visit too.
