Maggie Midlands	I took my granddaughter to Burnham on Sea last week.I have never met such a dedicated team of childrens entertainers and any camp that has laid so much on for the kids. We forgot to fill in the form but JellieBean was a special favourite although they were all excellent. As an adult I only hope they can last the season as everything they did was very enthusiastic and High Energy.Thank you it has given her a holiday to remember..
Chris London	We would personally like to thank Primrose Valley for making our holiday at Easter it was amazing! The evening entertainment was brilliant, the shows amazing & the acts superb... All the Fun stars were brilliant which shows what a fantastic Entertainments Management team there is there, you could see that they worked together as a team, which in the past hasn't been the same, from previous sites we have visited. Our daughter has had an absolutely fab time & cant wait to go back. Since we have been home we have now moved the August holiday to Primrose, just because we know what a fantastic holiday we'll have & how much our daughter will enjoy it.
Graham Newcastle	I would just like to comment on how impressed I was with the vigilance of your indoor pool leisure attendants. Accidentally my 6 year old son was pushed out of his depth by another swimmer with mobility problems. He was out of my reach and struggling to stay afloat. Within seconds a pool attendant dived in and brought him to me. I would recommend this holiday to anyone mainly due to the consideration, skill and standard of the people employed at the indoor pool. Many thanks.

Dave Midlands	We had a holiday at haggerston castle [superior plus] in may. the park was spotless, and all staff friendly and courteous, bar prices very reasonable. only thing to complain about was television reception, the restaurant on the other hand was outstanding for choice and value.

Kevin Birmingham	We all thought the park and staff were excellent, had a few problems with the caravans, but these were put right straight away. This was the best short break we have had in along time, and very good value for money. Many thaks to all Management and staff

Kelly Birmingham	We had a wonderful weekend at Devon Cliffs and as we have a baby on the way, we have already decided to spend our holiday there next year. Everyone on the park was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we honestly do not have one bad thing to say about the entire park. Even down to the cleanliness and brightness of the amusement arcades, we found this to be exceptional also! Absolutely brilliant, we are very glad we chose this park. Thank-you for an excellent weekend.
Sandy Cornwall	We have just had the most brilliant, restful holiday at Thorpe Park, Cleethorpes, all of the staff were really helpful, friendly and happy. The park is a credit to Haven and we will not be using any other park operators only Haven. As a disabled person the caravan was spacious and very clean, well quipped and comfortable, Thank you from one truly impressed customer.
Nick Midlands	We really enjoyed our camping stay, even though we only stayed for 2 nights and it was also our first camping trip as a family. Haven was very good value for money and the kids were able to do their own thing on an evening, which gave us a break. Thanks very much for a fantastic break and WELL DONE TO YOU ALL!
Julie London	The whole familiy had a fantastic time at Riviere Sands, all the staff were friendly and polite and made our holiday one of the best we have had as a family. We will definately return to Riviere Sands in the future and hope we have as good a time as we did last week.
Anita London	Our second visit to Primrose Valley and once again a fantastic holiday! The entertainment team this year were excellent and we thouroughly enjoyed all the evening entertainment without exception. The facilities were great and the addition of the all weather ice skating was another winner. Definitely not our last visit to the best Haven park we have visited over the last 5 years. THANK YOU!!
Kelly Pearce Midlands	Thank you for our welcome home letter, it was a lovely touch, along wit the postcard we received before we arrived. We had a FANTASTIC time this weekend at surely the BEST Haven Site on the East coast. The touring pitches are excellent, clean and tidy with plenty of room. The touring staff were lovely and friendly. The touring toilet and shower blocks were exceptionally clean, a credit to the staff who look after them We thought they were new this season as they were so immaculate but apparently they have been up 2 years. The site itself is extremely well looked after and well sign posted (Just as well cause the sea mist had come in on Friday evening before we tried looking for the entertainment block. The facilities were tremendous, our 13 year old brought her friend and they had an excellent time. Well done to you and all your staff. We always do Cleethorpes as our last weekend of the season but not this year it may be an extra hour but well worth the journey. You can guarantee............. We will be back!!
Nicola Andrews London	I just had to write this email to yourselves and express just how much I enjoyed my holiday experience. The staff, caravan, parks, everywhere was just perfect and I do wish to thank each and everyone of you especially Vicky who served our breakfasts. As soon as I came home I booked again for next year, thank you all again
Mr Horde Yorkshire	Hi there I am just back from my summer holiday at Berwick which was excellent and the best park I have been to from Haven for many reasons like when your checking in it is so organised because they give you a ticket and they shout out your number which helps prevents people skipping lines. Another is the caravans are all spaced out and each caravan has a plot of grass which is excellent when its hot weather. I would also like to mention staff which excelled themselves during my holiday. I will definitely be coming back next year.
Saul Robinson Devon	Primrose Valley is an excellent Haven Park and I would recommend it to anyone. I hadn't been to Primrose Valley since 1996 so was a little aprehensive on return (this year).. would it meet the high expectations I had from my last holiday? Yes it sure did and was so good I booked to go back again as soon as I got home!
Sally Evans Devon	Very good Park, quiet and clean. We enjoyed out holiday very much. Good place to be!
